Hook 42 Drupal Sessions

Aimee Degnan, Kristen Pol, and Kristin (K2) Bradham will be presenting sessions - from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8, multilingual to devops, to even Drupal itself!

  • A crash course in speaking Drupal: Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 11:00am - Ever overhear two Drupalers talking and wonder if they they were actually discussing something or just speaking gibberish for an improv skit? We've all been there, and Kristin (K2) Bradham is here to guide you through all the buzzwords and inside jokes of Drupal, as well as potentially help your improv acting skills!

  • The Multilingual Makeover! A side-by-side comparison of Drupal 7 and Drupal 8: Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 11:00am - Join Aimee & Kristen as they show you the new and improved multilingual support of D8. Just like any good makeover story, the presentation gives you an overview of the before (in D7) and after (in D8) of how your site can be made multilingual. If you were frustrated by how complicated things were in D7, we promise you, D8 is much simpler.

  • I'm A Scrumberjack, and I'm OK: Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 1:00pm - Aimee will guide you through the steps necessary to be a successful Scrumberjack. From backlog prioritization to flannel wearing and everything in between. If you are working in an Agile development environment and need some guidance on how to make it work its best, stop by to be reminded that you ARE a Scrumberjack, and you ARE ok.

  • Where's the fire? AKA: My site is down... now what?: Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 2:00pm - Your site has gone down. Or maybe it's limping along. Now what? Come to Kristen's session and find out the best steps to take before and during this heart-pounding event.

  • The Dark side of Drupal: Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 4:00pm - Kristen Pol will be presenting her "Understanding the Dark Side: An Analysis of Drupal's Worst Practices" session. If you missed it at its BADCamp debut, come learn about using Drupal in all the wrong ways. WARNING: Parental supervision is advised.

We can't wait to see you all there!
